Clark is an artist and designer living and working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His modern, iconic paintings and prints are based on landscapes and other elements of the natural environment.
His work in architecture and interior design is focused around creating a healthy and meaningful interaction between the built environment and the natural world. Much of his work is centered around occupant health and environmental impact, favoring the use of nontoxic, low-VOC paints and finishes, as well as locally sourced, naturally derived, renewable, and recycled materials.
Clark received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, continued his education in interior design at Hunter College, and recently completed a Master of Arts in Sustainable Interior Environments at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. He has previously worked with The Museum of Modern Art, the Brooklyn Museum, Gensler, COOKFOX Architects, and Troon Pacific. He is an accredited professional under the LEED and WELL building rating systems, and a part-time instructor at Parsons School of Design.
